We proudly use professional NovaLash products, including adhesive that is instantly waterproof, oil-proof and sweat-proof—allowing you to shower, swim, exercise and wear makeup immediately after your appointment with no downtime. Beautiful extensions also depend on proper maintenance. Refills are generally recommended every two to three weeks, based on your natural lash cycle, lifestyle and at-home care. Regular cleansing, gentle daily care and professionally timed refills help support better retention while keeping your extensions and natural lashes looking their best. Beyond eyelash extensions, we offer lash lifts and tints, brow shaping, threading, lamination, tinting and other customized beauty services. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY As an appointment-based business, Weston Lashes reserves dedicated time and professional resources specifically for each client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. Clients are encouraged to manage, reschedule, or cancel their appointments online using the link provided in the confirmation email sent at the time of booking. Any appointment changes should be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay the full service price when scheduling future appointments. Appointments scheduled during holidays, special events, or other high-demand periods may be charged the full price of the booked service when cancelled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show. This policy protects each client’s reserved appointment time, as well as the time and resources of our stylists, while supporting a respectful, reliable, and professional relationship.
